and has been really looked after thoughout its life with only 2 owners from new! ( the first owner was a doctor and second , lady for 5 years since) I have alot of various different reciepts ( please see picture) proving that it has been cared for no expense spared! Also stamped service history mainly all audi main dealer! Even have the original purchase invoice from new. Anyway it comes with 12 months MOT and 6 months tax! the car serviced just before christmas but didnt get the book stamped. | 1.8 turbo engine and 6 speed manual gear box, both feel superb, with no play or knocks. | when i perchased the car i had a few bushes replaced and havent needed to change anything since. | The black heated leather seats are unmarked and working perfectly. | Airconditioning and all other mechanical parts work perfect. | As do all electrical swithes and buttons. | I changed the wheels to the ones on the pictures, as my old tyres were pretty worn. i still have the old competition wheels, which will come with the car. i think all 4 tyres will need changing on them though. After travelling up and down the country and seeing some terrible examples I fell in love with this one. | I have owned this TT since July 2010 but am reluctantly selling due to a new job, I have bought a new house and now have a long commute! HPI checked upon purchase and there will be no further problems of outstanding finance/accident damage etc. | TT Quattro 1.8 with 225 BHP. Four wheel drive with 6 speed gearbox, remote central locking, power steering, ABS and traction control. 18" alloy wheels, rear spoiler, Xenon headlights, air conditioning and 6 disc CD multiplay. Electric windows and electric mirrors as standard, alongside full black leather interior and heated seats. Even has its own an inbuilt first aid kit and TT logo`d mats in the footwells! | When I bought the car it had just had a cambelt and waterpump change but needed a bit more TLC (documented in service history at approx 46,000 miles) | Within the first few months of ownership I had the following done: | - health check and map check by Morgan of VAGcheck. Car is mapped to 269bhp (by previous owner, got Morgan to check it to be on the safe side) | - new PCV valve and associated pipework, all replaced with silicon forge items (Morgan noticed this at the time) | - new pagid discs with ebc red stuff pads front and rear | - braided brake lines | - refurbed calipers, painted black with S-line logo`s | - new front inner and outer cv boots (drivershafts removed and genuine vag parts fitted) | - new front lower suspension arms due to worn bushes | - new tyres all round Jan 2011. Cooper Avon ZZ5`s which have now done circa 8,000 miles | - serviced before each MOT. Engine/diff/gearbox oil. Air and oil filters. Viewing is recommended to fully appreciate what a fine example this is - it really does need to be seen and driven to be fully appreciated... | TEST DRIVE; | The TT Quattro offers a superb blend of sensational grip and superb performance which has made it a firm favourite of mine. With just 61k miles on a car famed for its quality and longevity I was expecting great things from our TT and I was not disappointed in any aspect of the drive. The whole car still feels as new with breathtaking performance and superb road-holding. The change on the 6-speed gearbox is slick and very smooth, the steering well weighted and precise. Performance is breathtaking with tidal wave of Turbo-charged torque which will pin you in your seat at any speed and in any gear. 0-60 mph takes just a whisker over 6 seconds and the Audi has a top speed of 151mph which is Impressive stuff. At any speed there is ample power on tap and as the revs rise so does this engines eagerness to pin you back in the seat and launch you towards the horizon. And yet our TT is also supremely civilized - It`s comfortable and easy to live with as an every day car, being refined with barely any more noise intrusion than an Audi saloon car. | Whilst the TT is a compact car, it feels very substantial and well planted on the road. As well as Quattro all-wheel-drive our car is fitted with ESP stability and traction control, which ensure the Audi stays safe an controllable in all weather conditions. The day I drove this TT was among the wettest we have seen in recent months and there was a great deal of surface water on the roads. I was glad of this cars amazing grip, which is further enhanced by the Kleber Quadraxer tyres fitted to this car. It really did feel as though grip in the wet was as good as a regular sports coupe would have been in the dry. Even around tight, water logged corners the TT refused to come un-stuck, making this a safe and re-assuring car to drive in all weather conditions. The excellent xenon headlights fitted to this model offer fantastic night time visibility, again giving you masses of confidence in the car and its abilities. The TT is an easy, and confidence inspiring car to drive at speed. However, I also found the Audi to be a very relaxing car to drive, as it cruises effortlessly with very little engine or wind noise and is very refined and smooth. The driving position is excellent and the whole car feels as though it has been built to last. | The Audi`s interior is a lesson in excellent design and build quality.
