There are a small number of minor chips around the car and some chipping on the leading edge of the bonnet, the front bumper has had a good quality re-spray and is in near perfect condition. The car will require a service. The 98,000 mile service has not been stamped in the book but a copy of the report is present and I have personally verified with the dealer and Audi customer service that the service was carried out. | A short test drive shows up nothing of concern. The car starts easily and settles to a smooth idle, the gearbox pulls away very smoothly and shifts up through its ratios almost imperceptibly. Ride quality is very good and there are no unpleasant noises or niggles. The speed sensitive power steering works as it should and the brakes pull the car up straight and hard when needed. At a cruise the car is smooth and quiet, the stereo is excellent and the Bluetooth phone kit works perfectly. Audi’s 3.0 V6 turbo diesel engine is as good as ever and provides an excellent mixture of power, torque and fuel economy. | If you wish to view/inspect this car please arrange to do so before the end of the auction.
